Welcome to The Cloakroom.
Our goal is to provide a safe, efficient, and convenient experience for all visitors throughout the event.
You’ll find multiple cloakrooms located across the venue, offering free storage for personal belongings during event hours.
In addition to the standard cloakroom service, we also provide on-site parcel shipping, allowing you to send items directly to destinations within Portugal and Europe.
Our team is available at all cloakroom points to assist with deposits, item retrieval, lost and found inquiries, and shipping requests.

Items Not Collected at the End of the Day
When each cloakroom closes, all unclaimed items will be collected and transferred to the main cloakroom – Backdrop 1.
Items can be retrieved until the last day of the event, with the reference number provided at deposit.
Items Not Collected After the Last Day of the Event
Items left after the end of the event will be kept under the responsibility of The Cloakroom for 7 consecutive days.
To reclaim an item, please email tbcloakroom@gmail.com, providing your full name and reference number.
A service fee of €12 applies, in addition to any shipping costs if applicable.
Service Cost
The cloakroom service is free of charge for all event participants.
Cloakroom Locations
There are five cloakrooms across the venue:

Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be deposited:

Knives, firearms, or any object considered a weapon

Drugs or illegal substances

Laser pens, glow sticks, or fireworks
-
Drones or remote-controlled flying devices
-
Personal vehicles (e.g., scooters, bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards)

Sound systems, hotspots (except mobile phones), umbrellas, or helmets

Bags larger than standard backpacks or laptop bags
-
Pets (except registered guide dogs)

During Opening Night, professional recording equipment or cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed
Allowed Items
You may deposit any items not listed as prohibited.
All belongings must be properly labeled and safely packed.
The organization reserves the right to refuse any item that may compromise safety or the integrity of the venue.
Number of Items
There is no limit to the number of items you can deposit.
A reference number will be issued for each item.
Registration by Email
You can receive your cloakroom registration code by email.
A short registration is required at the time of deposit.
The code will be sent automatically to the provided email address.
Lost and Found
All lost items will be redirected to Cloakroom A inside the venue.
If you lose an item, go to this location and ask an attendant for assistance.
At the end of the event, all unclaimed items will be handed over to the local police lost and found department.
